IMPORTANT: Custom Order Processing Time & Policy
Hi there!

Please note that ALL custom orders require a processing time of 4 days BEFORE shipping. This means it will take me approximately 4-5 days to design and assemble your topper before it is shipped to you.

To ensure that your expectations are met, a conversation about your custom order is required before placing the order. This allows us to have a clear discussion about your vision and what I can create for you.

Design Approval & Order Completion
Once your order is placed, you will receive a preview of your design.
Please keep your Etsy notifications ON to ensure you see my messages.
Your order will NOT ship until you have approved the design. Since returns and exchanges are not permitted, this step is essential to guarantee your satisfaction.
Modification Policy
You are allowed up to two (2) design modifications at no extra cost.
Any additional changes beyond the first two will incur a $10.00 revision fee per change. No exceptions.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund if:

A custom order is placed without prior discussion.
The requested timeline does not align with the required 4-5-days processing period.
